Rental Terms
These are the terms for every Pearland Dumpster Rental rental, in plain English, with a worked example where money is involved.

| Rental period and extra days | Every rental includes 7 days from delivery. Each day past day 7 is $25. To extend, call before the 7 days end. |
| Included weight and overage | Included weight: 10-yard 2 tons, 15-yard 2.5 tons, 20-yard 3 tons, 30-yard 4 tons. Weight over the included amount is $75 per ton, charged pro-rata by the exact pound from the landfill scale ticket. Example: a 20-yard at 3.6 tons net is 0.6 tons over, $45.00. |
| Proof of weight | A digital copy of the certified landfill scale ticket is attached to every final invoice. |
| Final billing timeline | The final invoice, including any overage or extra days, is emailed 3 to 5 business days after pickup, once the landfill processes its disposal logs. |
| Prohibited items | Hazardous chemicals, wet paint and batteries are prohibited. Asbestos, fuel, propane tanks and medical waste are also not accepted. |
| Extra-fee items | Appliances containing Freon (refrigerators, freezers, AC units), mattresses and automotive tires are $50 per item. |
| Heavy debris | Concrete, dirt, brick and sand are allowed only in 10-yard and 15-yard dumpsters and may be loaded only halfway up the walls. Clean, unmixed loads qualify for clean-fill pricing. |
| Overfill | Debris must stay level with the top rim. Texas law requires secured loads, so an overfilled dumpster can't be hauled. If overfilled, a $125 dry-run fee applies and the customer must remove the excess before transport. |
| Placement and access | The customer chooses the drop spot and keeps it clear. If the driver can't drop or pick up because of parked cars, low hanging wires or a locked gate, a $125 dry-run fee applies. |
| Property protection | Drivers place structural wooden boards under the dumpster's rollers and rails on concrete and asphalt driveways. |
| Permits | A dumpster placed on a public street or right-of-way may need a city or county permit. The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permit unless agreed otherwise on the quote. |
| Delivery scheduling | Deliveries run 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Orders booked by 3:00 PM are guaranteed next-day delivery. Same-day requests carry a $50 rush fee and depend on truck availability. Drivers text or call 20 to 30 minutes before arrival; the customer does not need to be present if the drop zone is clear. |
| Swaps | A swap (pulling a full dumpster and dropping an empty one) is billed as a new standard rental. |
| Payment, deposit, cancellation | Payment, deposit and cancellation terms are stated on your quote at booking. |
